We will need to send you our Terms of Business and Consent form and then we can run through a fact find over the phone.
This will allow us to find the options most suitable for you. We can then arrange another telephone call to go through the application paperwork and the recommendation. The forms can either be emailed or sent through the post. We will also require proof of ID and proof of residency.
The Equity Release Council is constantly updating their procedures and rules for the legal and conveyancing side of things. Normally you would have to see a solicitor face to face however this rule, at the time of writing, has been relaxed. Regarding the valuation, the surveyors, again at time of writing, are still visiting properties but following all guidelines.
